FAQ

How many people can I fit in the car?

The model 3 sits five people inclding the middle seat. We reccomend reserving the model Y as it seats 5 more comfortably.

Is there a delivery fee?

$50 Delivery to any Waikiki hotel or Air B&B. Select nearest listed Hotel to your location and provide address upon booking. The car will be provided with a charge of 175+ mile range.

Please return at the same level, or purchase prepaid EVcharge as an extra. ($30) An incidental charge will be added for returning the vehicle with less than 150 miles of charge.

Can I return the car on low battery?

Prepaid EV recharge Save time and make dropoff a breeze by adding this Extra, which allows you to return my car without fully recharging.
Please return with at least 50 miles of range. $30/trip

Is there charging on Oahu?

There are no super charges on the island, but there are many free chargers. Download plugshare or the Volta apps to find them. The adapter provided J1772 in the center console can be used to charge at public stations. Most public charges provide 20-30miles per hour.

You May also charge with a regular wall outlet with the charging connector provided in the car. This will only charge at 3-5 miles per hour. Adapters are available to connect the provided charge cord to 240v AC for faster charging (25 dollar fee for the trip)

Check with your hotel for charging. Some will charge it for you.

If you can, it is recommended to charge overnight. If this is not possible you must plan your trip to find chargers around the island. We are always available to help if needed.

Do not let the car go below 25 miles of range without charging to avoid a $200 fee.

there fast charging on Oahu?There are fast chargers ran by Hawaiian Electric on the island that require a CHADEMO adapter, which is included with this car. You will get 150-180 miles per hour of charge.
